We were completely new to the process, and communication from other parties involved was challenging, but Charlie was always incredibly responsive, regularly checked in with us and kept everything moving. As we got closer to our mortgage expiry date, she really understood how stressful it was and went above and beyond to push things forward and make sure we didn’t miss our deadline. I honestly don’t think we would have reached our completion date without her, and we’re so grateful for all her advice, reassurance and support. Also, a shout out to Rachel, who helped us get everything set up at the beginning and was so brilliant too! We couldn’t recommend Charlie and the team enough, especially for first-time buyers.
