After a successful career in travel & tourism, Rachel joined Opal in 2021 with a quest to succeed in the financial services industry. Rachel has over 10 years’ experience in customer services and along with her bubbly personality, we know our customers are in good hands. 

Rachel lives in Congleton and enjoys spending the weekends with her beautiful daughter, family and friends. She also loves the odd walk and exploring new holiday destinations.
